Being a seasoned pastor, Pastor Dan is currently fulfilling his calling by mentoring the next generation.

When you register for pastoral coaching, you will join three to seven other pastors on live video calls with Pastor Dan once a month. During those calls, he will share coaching tips, answer two or three pressing questions from a different pastor each week, and discuss best practices. Together, you will collaborate in navigating ministry issues as a team.

You will gain access to East Coast resources (ie. worship, accounting, compensation, media, children’s ministry, etc.) You will also have the opportunity to visit East Coast to sit in on meetings and attend services with a look behind the scenes. And, when needed, Pastor Dan is available via phone call to help with emergencies.
